As with any relationship, compatibility, synergy and commitment are extremely important in the coaching relationship. How do you decide if this is the right approach for you? A complimentary discovery coaching session is available to assist in deciding if this coaching relationship has the potential to meet your needs and expectations.

Second: Decide on a coaching approach from the various options available. There are three primary coaching services including Individual Coaching, Network Coaching and Organizational Coaching.

These coaching options offer specific strategies to get the results you are wanting. Through your complimentary discovery session, you will decide on a coaching relationship tailored to meet your particular situation. A coaching contract will be developed outlining the coaching agreement.
