Organizational coaching and leadership services – we enhance organizational strength and team performance through the use of a coaching approach, and we will facilitate clarity about and implementation of the organizational mission, vision, values and strategic direction.

We use an exploratory and enquiry model designed to enhance organizational performance through the use of a coaching approach by a whole group; that group is most often the executive leadership team plus other teams operating within an organization, or it could be a national or international working group. If you are interested in integrating a coaching approach into your own leadership or your organizational culture, a program can be designed to meet your needs. All leadership services, including organizational coaching can be purchased By-Donation. To learn more about this accessible and unique approach, go to the HOW IT WORKS, FAQ's and DONATE pages. If your organization is not satisfied with the service it is receiving after the first three hours of service delivery, you can ask to discontinue the contract and you will receive a full refund (including the donation portion of your payment) for those three hours of service. In addition, the client can terminate the contract at any time during the life of the contract without penalty.
