Network Coaching - a unique service connecting women leaders through a high-functioning structured coaching environment

Network coaching is the result of research: women leader’s repeatedly suggested their desire for opportunities to connect with other women leaders in a high-functioning structured environment. In this network coaching model, 3-12 women leaders form a networking group receiving 60-90 minutes of coaching and network conversation, or come together in person for half-day retreat session at la casa de inspiracion on Mayne Island, British Columbia, Canada. During networking sessions, each participant develops a critical path for discovery and for attaining their goals. Network sessions are designed in a series which will be focused around an actual need or interest of the participants.

The beauty of this value-added offering is that it can be delivered for about one-third of the cost of individual executive coaching with the advantage of having a team of enthusiastic individuals to work with.
