Individual Coaching - the foundation service available to women leaders

Individual coaching is about assisting women leaders to accomplish what they really want to do, enhancing their success and getting more of what they want from work and life. Individual coaching increases self-discovery, establishes achievable goals and determines a course of action with an expectation for measurable results.

Each session is approximately 40 to 60 minutes in length, and are most often received weekly. Follow-up emails and telephone support are available between calls. For accessibility and convenience, most sessions are delivered over the phone or by email. If you are not satisfied with the service after the first three sessions, you can ask to discontinue the coaching relationship and you will receive a full refund (including the donation portion of your payment) for those three sessions.
