What if you do not get the coaching you expect?

Terrill Welch believes that you deserve to have the coaching which is just right for you. Each coaching agreement will outline a guarantee for the specific services and the conditions on which your money will be returned if you are not getting the service you expect. For example, if you have contracted for individual telephone coaching and you are not satisfied with the service after the first three sessions, you can ask to discontinue the coaching relationship and you will receive a full refund for those sessions.
