  • Twelve years experience in using a coach approach with clients, peers, employees and in organizational team development.

  • Primary focus on individual and organizational executive coaching for women executives and leaders, as well as consulting with organizations to recruit and retain women leaders and employees.

  • Consistent use of a client-centered, results-based approach: trusting the decision-making ability of clients, while addressing such issues as strategic direction, career development and transition planning.

  • Confident exploration about the impact of our values, beliefs and world views in relation to our goals
    and aspirations.

General Qualifications

  • Twenty years experience in various leadership positions including Director of Stopping the Violence and Regional Programs Branch for the Province of British Columbia, Canada.

  • Skilled facilitator, trainer, collaborator and team builder.

  • Skilled in needs assessment, planning for service delivery and contract management.

  • Strong analytical skills, including the gender analysis of policies and procedures.

  • Ability to prepare and present complex information.

  • Extensive experience with diverse populations.

  • Skilled liaison with community groups, governments, numerous jurisdictions and disciplines.

  Masters in Gender Studies. In progress.

  Bachelor of Arts with a major in Sociology and a minor in Women's Studies. Completed summer of 1990.
