Twelve years experience in using a coach approach with clients, peers, employees and in organizational team development.
Primary focus on individual and organizational executive coaching for women executives and leaders, as well as consulting with organizations to recruit and retain women leaders and employees.
Consistent use of a client-centered, results-based approach: trusting the decision-making ability of clients, while addressing such issues as strategic direction, career development and transition planning.
Confident exploration about the impact of our values, beliefs and world views in relation to our goals
and aspirations.

General Qualifications

Twenty years experience in various leadership positions including Director of Stopping the Violence and Regional Programs Branch for the Province of British Columbia, Canada.
Skilled facilitator, trainer, collaborator and team builder.
Skilled in needs assessment, planning for service delivery and contract management.
Strong analytical skills, including the gender analysis of policies and procedures.
Ability to prepare and present complex information.
Extensive experience with diverse populations.
Skilled liaison with community groups, governments, numerous jurisdictions and disciplines.
